The Ameren Illinois Custom offering provides incentives for projects or processes unique to your business. If you have an innovative idea for an energy-saving project that is not eligible for other Ameren Illinois incentives, you may benefit from our Custom incentives.
Cash incentives are available for a variety of custom projects, including:

New construction (excluding lighting)
Large HVAC projects
Gas Project Incentives:
Waste heat recovery for fuel-fired furnaces

- Incentives for Custom projects: Electric $0.12/kWh; Gas $1.00/therm
- Pre-approval is required for all Custom projects. You must submit all paperwork and documentation to our energy efficiency team for review prior to starting your project.
