Determine Your Eligibility

Look for “Electric Delivery” under the Electric Service Non-Residential Billing Detail heading on your bill. Your rate code is listed in this section (see close-up image below). You must be a DS-2 or DS-3A customer. *Note: DS3-B customers are not eligible.

If my bill lists DS-3, how do I know if I’m a DS-3A customer?

Check the numbers under your listing, shown circled in red below in the example to determine if you are a DS-3A customer.

A DS-3A account has a General Delivery Service < 400 kW (less than 400 kW)

A DS-3B account has a General Delivery Service > 400 kW (greater than 400kW)
