• Pre-approval for all new construction projects is required.
• Installed equipment should exceed baseline code requirements for energy efficiency.
  
• Contractors must be Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) certified.
• Lighting equipment must be Design Lights Consortium (DLC) listing approved.
