The average cost to drive an electric vehicle is roughly half of what it costs to drive a traditional gasoline vehicle and it is now easier than ever to have a residential EV charger installed at your home to maximize your energy savings with a $50 rebate and additional charging programs offered by Ameren Illinois.

Eligibility
Limit one Electric Vehicle Home Charger rebate per household and must be purchased by December 31st of the current calendar year. Rebate application must be submitted within 60 days from purchase date or by December 31st of the current calendar year, whichever comes first. Electric vehicle home charger must be listed as eligible for a $50 rebate in the table below. The rebate paid will not exceed the purchase price of the product, excluding taxes, shipping and installation charges.
