Limit 3 vent fan rebate(s) per household and must be purchased by December 31st of the current calendar year. Rebate application must be submitted within 60 days from purchase date or by December 31st of the current calendar year, whichever comes first. Vent fan(s) must be ENERGY STAR certified. The rebate paid will not exceed the purchase price of the appliance, excluding taxes, shipping, and installation charges.
