About the Ameren Illinois Market Development Initiative Summer Internship Program
- The Summer Internship Program awards selected employers funding to arrange full-time summer internship positions to support clean energy work in the Ameren Illinois service territory.
Internship Opportunities are:- Paid positions funded by Ameren Illinois.
- Offered for 10-12 weeks, June through August.
- Full-time positions during the internship period, and no less than 30 hours per week.
- Six educational webinars focused on the clean energy industry and career opportunities.

Interns:

Both Interns and Employers receive ongoing wrap around support during and after the Summer Internship Program from the Ameren Illinois MDI Workforce team.

- This program is designed for Illinois jobseekers and employers completing clean energy work within the Ameren Illinois service territory.
