Savings for Home Insulation Upgrades

Through the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program, eligible customers can get discounts on home insulation upgrades to decrease energy usage, improve home comfort and reduce energy costs.

The first step towards energy savings starts with a Home Energy Assessment. During the Assessment, a certified Program Ally Contractor will look for opportunities to reduce your energy usage. Energy-saving home upgrades may include improved insulation, air sealing or ventilation.

Once your assessment is complete, the Program Ally Contractor will provide you with the results. If your home qualifies, you may receive an energy efficiency project application that estimates project discounts and out-of-pocket costs.

When you and your Program Ally agree that a home efficiency project is right for you, the Program Ally will complete your home efficiency upgrade.
